Resiris is a technology holding company and venture studio based in the UAE. We operate a portfolio of interconnected businesses focused on the digital growth lifecycle, ranging from performance marketing (Relikads) to data intelligence (Recaport).

Our principal executive offices are located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate globally with distributed teams across the MENA and EU regions.

Resiris operates under a "House of Brands" architecture. Resiris acts as the parent holding company, providing strategic capital, shared technology infrastructure, and governance. Subsidiaries like Relikads and Actisona operate as independent entities with their own P&L responsibility, while leveraging the shared "Resiris Core" for data and intelligence.

Does Resiris acquire external companies?

Yes. While our primary growth engine is internal incubation (Venture Building), Resiris actively evaluates acquisition targets that provide strategic infrastructure for the growth ecosystem, specifically in the AdTech, MarTech, and Data Analytics sectors.

Is Resiris publicly traded?

No. Resiris is currently a privately held company. We do not have a ticker symbol and our shares are not traded on public stock exchanges.
