Previously operating as a standalone beta, Nipsto’s intellectual property, technology stack, and user base have now been fully integrated into the Resiris "Static" Division (Platforms & Infrastructure). This move completes a critical phase in the Resiris FY26 roadmap: owning the end-to-end data lifecycle from acquisition to conversion.
Strategic Rationale
The integration of Nipsto creates an immediate feedback loop with Relikads, the group’s performance marketing subsidiary. By bringing Nipsto in-house, Resiris now controls the "Final Mile" of the user journey—the specific point where traffic converts into revenue.

Nipsto will continue to service its existing public user base while serving as the primary conversion node for all Resiris internal ventures.
